“The School District of Albany does not discriminate against pupils based on sex, religion, color, race, national origin, ancestry, creed, pregnancy, marital or parental status, sexual orientation, or physical, mental, emotional, learning disability, or handicap in its education programs or activities.” Complaints regarding interpretation or application of this policy shall be referred to the District Administrator/Superintendent and processed in accordance with established procedures.
