We have had a great couple of days with Pledge of Allegiance helpers. These two young ladies did an amazing job!

Due to the anticipated cold temperatures again tomorrow evening, the Albany boys basketball game at Madison Country Day HS on Tuesday, January 16th will now start at 6:00pm instead of 7:00pm. (Address: 5606 River Road, Waunakee, WI 53597) Varsity Only ~ 6:00pm START TIME

Due to the bitter cold temperatures, the Albany Schools will be on a 2-hour delay on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. A decision regarding Wednesday, January 17, 2024, will be announced tomorrow. All buses will arrive at pick-up locations 2 hours after the normal pick-up time.

Tonight's Albany-Monticello varsity girls basketball game at Shullsburg will be covered on the radio. Coverage will be on 93.7 WEKZ FM radio/streaming service. Live coverage of the game will start at 7:15pm.

PARKVIEW-ALBANY HS WRESTLING The Ithaca-Weston Wrestling Tournament scheduled for Saturday, January 13th, has been cancelled due to current and upcoming weather conditions.

Albany HS Boys Basketball vs. Williams Bay (Postponed on January 9th) JV & Varsity games will be made-up on Tuesday, February 20th, 2024. Games will be played at Albany HS. The JV game will be at 6:00pm and varsity at 7:15pm. Albany-Monticello HS Girls Basketball vs. Barneveld (Postponed on January 12th) JV & Varsity games will be made-up on Saturday, January 20th, 2024. Games will be played at Monticello HS. The JV game will be at 5:30pm and varsity at 7:00pm.

The Albany Comets Boys Basketball Teams travel to Monticello tomorrow night, 1/11th to play against the Ponies! Monticello will be sponsoring a FOOD DRIVE to benefit the Green County Cares Food Pantry. Check your cupboards and attend a great basketball game with a great cause.

Free choice time - play - is key to a child's growth and development. It's where our children develop and practice social skills - cooperation, sharing, patience, and team building. They also practice those fine motor and academic skills. Mostly, though, it's just FUN!

And just like that, three 4K students are half way through their challenge to read 1000 books before kindergarten! They are 500 books smarter!

The National Honor Society will be supporting the Albany Lion's Club Blood Drive on Tuesday, January 23rd from 12:30-5:30pm at the Lion's Club Building. Please come out to donate if you are able!
