The Albany-Monticello GBB WIAA Sectional Semi-Final scheduled for Thursday, February 29th has been moved to COLUMBUS HS. (COLUMBUS HIGH SCHOOL, 1164 Farnham Street, Columbus, WI 53925) All admissions will still be cash only at the door. The doors will open at 6:00pm and tickets are $7 per person. Warm-ups will begin at 6:40pm and game time is scheduled for 7:00pm.
Tonight is the start of the HS boys basketball WIAA tournament! Our Albany Comets will play at Monticello HS. Warm-ups will start at 6:40pm and tip time is set for 7:00pm. The Albany FFA was notified today that the donkeys and their owner were in an accident. The owner is ok and the donkeys are being checked out by a veterinarian. The Donkey Basketball event scheduled for tomorrow, Monday, Feb. 19th, has been canceled and will be rescheduled in April (TBD). Tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date; otherwise, the Albany, Brodhead, Parkview, and Evansville FFA will buy back your ticket.
