8th graders in Mrs. Nienhaus' ELA class are getting an inside look at history through exploring Virtual Reality scenes and making connections to our class drama reading, based on the true story of Anne Frank. Special thank you to Ms. Grant for bringing VR to ASD!





Due to the National Weather Service's predictions of declining weather conditions this evening, all after-school activities (practices, games, clubs, after-school care...) in the Albany School District have been canceled.

The Albany Boys' Basketball Game against Argyle that was scheduled for tonight has been moved to Monday, February 13th. JV @ 6:00 PM, Var @ 7:15 PM

The Comet Coffee Cafe is getting ready to serve great coffee to staff and students on February 21st! To ensure that everyone receives the best cup of coffee, there is lots of practicing and lots of tasting to be done before the opening!
