The Wisconsin Food Products students finished the class on a sweet note. Each student researched a Wisconsin grown fruit and presented their findings to the class. The final lab challenged each group to create an artistically designed fruit pizza.

The Second Semester Confectionary Arts Class squeezed in a short field trip today. It was one last high school field trip for the seniors in the class. A couple extra AHS seniors found us at Stella's Bakery!? They must have followed the aroma of the fresh out of the oven Spicy Cheese Bread😊 Everyone got their fill of sugar today from sampling many cookies and cupcakes!
