Academic and Career Planning

Academic and Career Planning

Academic and Career Planning, or ACP, is a student-driven, adult-supported process in which students in grades 6-12 create and cultivate their own unique and information-based visions for post secondary success, obtained through self-exploration, career exploration, and the development of career management and planning skills.

This is an ongoing process where students will learn more about themselves, develop and strengthen skills, set goals, and engage in curriculum and experiential learning to explore options for their futures. ACP will help students on the path towards becoming career and life ready after high school
