Today is an A day.

Today is an Elementary C day.
 
Today is Service Learning Day – HS goes to lunch 11:44-12:14 and MS goes to lunch 12:29-12:59.

ATTENTION SENIORS – You need 5 hours of community service to graduate.  All paperwork to record your hours should be turned into Ms. K-P at the end of the day today.
 
Congratulations to the following students who were winners in this week’s high school pats drawing- Brandon J., Hailey S., and Hunter B.  See Ms. Schroeder for your prize.
 
Senior class officers:  Report to the office after 2nd hour on Monday.
 
Attention 8th – 10th graders:  If you are interested in running for HS Student Council class representative for next year, pick up a nomination form in the office.  Forms are due Friday, April 28th to the office.  No late forms will be accepted.
 
Prom is Saturday May 6. $10 tickets at the door. $5.00  for spectators.  If you are bringing an out of town guest to prom, you MUST sign them up in the high school office before Friday, May 5. If you do not sign them up, they CANNOT come to prom or post prom!  Reminder that you don’t have to go to prom to come to post prom.
 
Attention Seniors:  If you would like to send out graduation announcements but didn’t order any, there are some here from Jostens.  $1.50 each.  Come to the office.
The Annual PTO Carnival and Raffle will be held Friday, April 28th from 5:30 – 7:30 in the Albany school gyms and cafeteria. The raffle will return this year with prizes ranging from gift baskets from local businesses and sponsors to Country on the River tickets. There will be even more games and attractions this year including a bounce house, an obstacle course, a cake walk, face painting, hair chalk, hair beading,a fire truck and even a visit from Belle, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, three Green County Dairy Queens and more! Raffle tickets are $1.00 each and are available for pre-order at the Albany Elementary main office and will also be available at the event. Tickets for games and attractions start at $0.50 each.  There will be walking tacos, hot dogs, snow cones and more being offered for dinner at a small cost. Help is always welcomed and appreciated. If you’d like to provide a donation of goods or volunteer time, reach out to the PTO on Facebook or by emailing: albanypto@gmail.com.
Like to get out and bowl?  The Junior Class will be holding a bowling fundraiser on Saturday, April 29th from 1:00-3:00pm at Schwoegler’s Entertainment Center, 444 Grand Canyon Drive, Madison.  Cost is $15 per person and 75% goes to the class.  Includes 2 hours of bowling with interactive MADD games and shoe rental.
 
Attention Juniors:  Were you disappointed in your ACT score from Feb. 28th?  Interested in raising your score for entrance into college of your choice or increasing scholarships?  Take advantage of the ACT Prep Class being offered on Wednesday nights beginning April 26, 2017.  Class will meet 6:30-8:30 pm at Evansville High School in the FACE room.  See Guidance Counselors for brochure with $20 discount coupon or register online at www.WisconsinTestPrep.com.  Questions and inquiries can be directed to course instructor Mrs. Diane Baxter at baxter.act@gmail.com or call 608-469-3508
